Meeting Food Donations
donate to earn 3 pts!
To ensure that we don't have a surplus or shortage of food donations for meetings, please look at the list below and sign up for any slots that are vacant! Remember that each food donation you bring is 3pts (Food donation does not mean each singular item. A food donation will be considered any type of food that you bring that can feed about 30-40 people.)
Your donation MUST be either:
1. Any Asian snack/drink/food
2. Corresponds with the holiday theme of that meeting or relating to countries where the holiday is celebrated (ex: Songkran= Thai food, Lunar New Years= Lunar New Years food). If you need inspiration, ask an officer, any of your fellow members, or your friends.
School Dress Up Days
earn 0.5 pts per day!
As a way to raise school spirit and pride, AAPI is offering members the opportunity to participate in school dress up days to earn 0.5 pts per day! Send pictures to cylakes.aapi@gmail.com to get your points!
Requirements:
(also applies to any photo submissions)

Be taken on campus (at Cy-Lakes) or any other place that is specified for that point opportunity

Accurately follow the dress-up day

Cannot be recycled photos from past dress up days

Must be sent to our email within that specific day NOT after

Must not display inappropriate behavior

Must say what day you are dressing up for in the email

Must show your face in the pictures
If your submissions do not meet all the requirements, secretaries will not count your points for that day. Please submit with integrity.
Cultural Dress Up Days
earn 1.5 pts per day!
Dress up in your cultural clothes on the days listed below! Take a picture adhering to our guidelines listed under the school dress up days opportunity. Make sure your outfit follows school dress code! Send pictures to cylakes.aapi@gmail.com to get your points.

Design an AAPI 2022-2023 Shirt
earn 2.5 pts per shirt design!
Make a shirt design for AAPI next year and email them to us. Make sure to do all of the following and have the following on your designs.
REQUIREMENTS:

Make both a front and back design

If you can, submit your design as a transparent PNG. If not, that is fine

Send us the submission and also your editing link (Canva link, Photoshop file) so that we can edit it.

Content Creation
earn 5 pts!
Want to help out officer team make content for our TikTok/Instagram? You can earn up to 5pts per project you submit to AAPI. The following can be considered for content creation, but we are open to any ideas you have:

Helping the officer team do research for any holidays we might have. Just ask the team if there is anything you can help research for!

Researching your own topic relating to AAPI things (ex: social issues, AAPI people, AAPI foods, etc.)

Making a TikTok/Reel that relates to AAPI topics or any of our events (must not be longer than 1 minute and try to not include any watermarks from TikTok or IG)

Making a video relating to AAPI topics, your identity, or any of our events (must not exceed 10 minutes)
Submit all projects to cylakes.aapi@gmail.com. Our team will assess your project and if it is of quality, we will post it to our accounts and you will get 5pts.
NOTE: Only the person SUBMITTING the project will get the 5 pts. Any other members featured in the projects will not receive points.
